Nikki Hall is an Assistant Professor of ESL at Mercer County Community College and a current doctoral student at TA&M-Commerce. Her research interests include Culturally and Linguistically Responsive Pedagogies and Linguistic Equity. Nikki has a MS in Applied Linguistics and TESOL from A&M-Commerce, and over fourteen years of experience teaching multilingual learners
